Over the years, Trish Daly has discovered that the golf swing is highly technical and places tremendous force on your spine. These forces are strong enough to fracture vertebra and damage lumbar discs. As golfers it's vital we learn to protect and strengthen our spine.

For the last 10 years, Trish has studied the bio-mechanics of the golf swing – learning plenty from Mr Paul Chec, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute). Trish is also a qualified Yoga For Golfers instructor. Clients benefit greatly from her tailored golf fitness programs.
